2. You must complete the membership form to become a member and use this site.

3. You agree to have a working email address on file with able2beme.com as long as you use this site.

4. You agree to protect the password that gains access to this site.

5. You agree not to use the able2beme.com to violate the law.

6. You agree not to post information or graphics on this site that is fraudulent, libelous, obscene (as determined by able2beme.com staff), defamatory, abusive, threatening, pornographic, or damaging in any way, or that infringes on copyrights or trademarks or can be construed as an invasion of privacy. This includes anything that qualifies to be listed within the "Mature Audiences" or "Metaphysical" categories.
7. You agree not to solicit on the member forum on this site except as related to able2beme.com listings.

8. You agree not to use the able2beme.com site in a way that creates a disproportionately large load (as determined by the able2beme.com staff) on our servers.

9. You agree to adhere to the able2beme.com user agreements and conditions when becoming a member of able2beme.com.

10. You agree not to hack into the able2beme.com program or otherwise interfere with the operation of the able2beme.com site.

11. You agree not to reproduce, distribute, adapt, modify, or reverse engineer any parts of the able2beme.com program.

12. You agree to report any bugs or errors that you discover in the program immediately to the message board or bug-reporting feature.

Terms and Conditions

1. When signing up for the first time, user has permanent access to all free features. Upon approval of membership application, user's account is upgraded to "able member", which grants full access to all able2beme.com features. Non-members are allowed to access limited features only.

2. If member submits a cancellation (see Options menu), all member’s information kept on the able2beme.com servers and will be deleted automatically in 7 days and access to the site via that username denied at that time. Members will be able to reverse cancellation at any time before the 7-day deadline.

3. able2beme.com may send members email that may include regular newsletters, etc. Recipients will have the opportunity to opt out of such newsletters.
4. able2beme.com is provided as an “as is” service and should be used at the member's own risk. We offer no actual or implied warranties with regard to fitness for a particular purpose, performance, availability, security, or accessibility. We shall not be held liable for any reason (including negligence) for any actual or consequential losses or damages (including loss of data, loss of profits, interruption of business) arising out of use of or inability to use the able2beme.com site or services. All features for both citizens and non-citizens are provided "as is" and there is no guarentee that they will work or liability for able2beme.com if they do not. We qualify this disclaimer by reassuring the user that we will do the best we can to make the system work well, but there is no guarentee.

6. We assume no liability for any actual or consequential losses or damages arising out of any user’s violation of the User Agreement. We will (at our discretion) give an offending user a warning and/or immediately terminate that user’s account upon notice that the user has violated any part of the User Agreement. When a user’s account is terminated, the user will immediately be denied access to the able2beme.com site.

7. In no event (including any provision of the Terms and Conditions, User Agreement, or Privacy Policy being found unenforceable) will our liability exceed the amount of a single month’s fees that the user paid immediately prior to the time the action (giving rise to the liability) took place.

8. Users will have no proprietary rights to design combinations that they created using the able2beme.com design center. Any such design combinations may be used by other able2beme.com users or as templates by able2beme.com. If a design combination is used as an able2beme.com template a name will be assigned to it and the user's able2beme.com username may be added as a courtesy.

9. User-imported designs are imported at the user's own risk. We assume no liability for the security or accessibility of these designs. While user-imported designs will not be seen by other users in their respective able2beme.com environments, anything displayed on the Internet is accessible to all and might possibly be purloined using various techniques by anyone viewing the Internet.

10. We reserve the right to terminate services to any user (or every user) at our discretion upon notice given individually by email or collectively by a statement on the Home Page or message board.

11. We reserve the right to disclose user information to law enforcement agencies as a result of subpoena.

12. able2beme.com denies responsability and assumes no liability for the actions of any member account hijacker than signs up on able2beme.com using someone else's members account. It is the responsability of every able2beme.com member to safeguard their own accounts.

13. able2beme.com denies responsibility and assumes no liability for the actions of any hacker that violates our terms and conditions by interfering or abusing other able2beme.com users in any way using methods known or unknown to us. We qualify this disclaimer by reassuring the user that every means known to us continue to be taken to harden the system against hackers that would interfere in some way.

14. For best compatibility with able2beme.com, we support the following web browsers: Internet Explorer 6, Internet Explorer 7, Firefox 2 for Windows XP, Firefox 2 for Mac OS X, or Firefox 2 for Linux. Perfect functionality cannot be guarenteed when using other browsers.

Privacy Policy

We will not sell, rent, or give away your personal information except as required in part 11 of Terms and Conditions. Please be aware that we shall not be responsible for nor can we control the use of any information you voluntarily disclose when using the member forum.
able2beme.com is compliant with internet security requirements. Your information will be stored on a server where the general public does not have access to it. We will take reasonable and prudent steps to protect your information but will make no warranties (actual or implied) with regard to the sufficiency of the security measures. You may change or delete your personal information at any time by going to the Options menu.

If any provision of the User agreement, Terms and Conditions, or Privacy Policy is prohibited by federal or individual state law or unenforceable for any reason the remaining provisions will be unaffected and remain in force. The User Agreement, Terms and Conditions, or Privacy Policy or any part thereof may be revised, amended, or replaced at our discretion. A notice of any changes will be posted on the Home page and will take effect upon posting.
